Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Better AI Prompts. Using the product means you accept them. They are written in plain language on purpose.

What the service does

Better AI Prompts analyzes prompts, asks clarifying questions, rewrites prompts for a chosen AI model, and lets signed-in users save and organize them. Output comes from a third-party AI model, and it can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.

Accounts

You need an account to save prompts and to run anything that calls an AI model. Keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if you think someone else has access to it. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Free use and limits

Anything that calls an AI model — optimizing, generating, image prompts and the Playground — needs a free account. Free accounts get a monthly allowance, and prompt scoring is unlimited for everyone because it runs in your browser. Limits exist to keep the service available and may be adjusted; we will not reduce them quietly.

Paid plans are published but not on sale yet. When checkout ships, these terms will be updated with the billing details before anyone is charged.

Your content

Your prompts are yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service — sending them to the AI provider for a rewrite, storing them if you save them, and showing them back to you. We claim no ownership and we do not train models on them.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Better AI Prompts to break the law or to harm people.
  • Do not try to bypass rate limits, plan limits or authentication.
  • Do not scrape, resell or repackage the service without permission.
  • Do not upload other people's personal data without a lawful basis for doing so.

Availability

The service is provided as it is, without warranties. We aim to keep it running and to tell you when something is broken, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and features may change.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of AI output. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using Better AI Prompts and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will explain why where we reasonably can.
